I WANT to say a big thank you to staff at the new urgent care centre in Halton Hospital.
We had a family emergency during the week and one of my relatives needed your help.
From the moment we walked in, we felt we were in safe hands.
Staff immediately took our details and everything was handled in a very professional manner.
It wasn’t long before we were seen by a triage nurse and a doctor.
Tests were done, treatment administered and an action plan drawn up. Everything was efficient and we felt reassured.
No long queues and a waiting room full of people feeling anxious and fed up.
You don’t even have to pay for the car park as it is free for patients using this service.
With so many young families and people living in Runcorn, we have needed an urgent care centre like this for years.
I hope people will use this valuable resource, I will be telling all my friends and family about it.
