We've teamed up with the producers of the Rat Pack Live show to give three lucky readers the chance of winning a pair of tickets to see the spectacular production of The Rat Pack Live on Friday 7th September, 2012 at The Lowry, Salford Quays.

It's the ultimate tribute to legendary Fifties and Sixties phenomenon the Rat Pack – Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jnr. They were the definition of cool during their Fifties and Sixties Vegas heyday – Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jnr.

Combining the full sound of big band swing with charisma, panache and swagger, the trio – collectively known as The Rat Pack – had attitude to spare. Join the UK’s original Rat Pack concert show, featuring stars of the West End smash hit Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas:

Jim Whitley, former Manchester City Football is now touring with the hit stage show Rat Pack Live, appearing as Sammy Davis Jnr in the busy touring production alongside star of the West End Rat Pack show Mark Halliday as Dean Martin, and movie and TV star Richard Shelton as Frank Sinatra.

Former Manchester City footballer Jim Whitley is used to performing in front of cheering crowds. . . Only these days his audiences are seated in the UK’s premier concert halls rather than in Premiership football stadiums. Jim’s blossoming career as a footballer was cut short through injury. A choirboy and flutist from an early age, he then reverted to his musical roots to portray Nat King Cole in a touring stage show production. Jim’s crooning career really took off when he took on the role of Sammy Davis Jnr. He joined the Rat Pack Live from Las Vegas tour as Sammy, working with the full West End cast.

The murderous Dr Adam Forsythe in TV’s Emmerdale and a star of Oscar-nominated movie My Week with Marilyn, Richard Shelton is Ol’ Blue Eyes in Rat Pack Live. As well as his high-profile TV and film work, Richard is busy touring with several hit theatre shows. Prior to his starring role in new smash-hit Rat Pack Live, he enjoyed a title part in the international tour of the smash hit Mamma Mia.

Mark Halliday, comes fresh from a triumphant portrayal of Dean Martin both in the West End of London and international touring production of Rat Pack Live in Las Vegas. The Wilmslow born and bred performer also spent two years in the States creating the role of Hades in Disney’s new musical Hercules. He also has lead appearances in runaway touring hit shows Girls Night Out and Aspects of Love under his belt.

Prepare to experience the definition of cool…
