IT’S Madness . . . yes Haydock Park is turning itself into a House of Fun this Friday evening 6th July and we have teamed up with Haydock Park Racecourse to promote their competition to give five lucky readers the chance to win a pair of Tattersalls tickets and meet and greet the band prior to the show.

The iconic 2 tone pop band, who recently performed on the roof of Buckingham Palace as part of The Queen’s Jubilee celebrations will perform LIVE after racing at the racecourse’s second music night of 2012.

Frontman Suggs and his fellow band mates Chas Smash, Barzo, Chrissy Boy, Thommo and Woody will be at Haydock Park on Friday evening 6 July when the racecourse will reverberate to pop classics such as One Step Beyond, Baggy Trousers and It Must Be Love. Thirty years on from their formation, the band is as popular as ever with their legions of followers.

Music and horse racing fans alike are urged to book their places as soon as possible for what is confidently predicted to be a sell-out. Tickets are available to buy now.

Haydock Park’s popular 3-day July race meeting starts with the Glass Times raceday on Thursday 5th July with tickets for Friday 6 July, which include both the evening’s horse racing and the Madness concert from just £30, still available to buy on the night. Saturday 7th July is the highlight of this three-day meeting, which features two of the racecourse's most famous and historic races - the Group 2 bet365 Lancashire Oaks and the bet365 Old Newton Cup.
