WIDNES Vikings coach Kieron Purtill has thanked the staff and players who have lost their jobs this week.
He tweeted about his mixed emotions after the club was saved - at some cost.
Vikings now play Featherstone Rovers tomorrow at 3pm and a big crowd is anticipated.
Purtill tweeted: "Looking fwd to gameday tomorrow @WidnesRL.
"Fantastic efforts to get the game on.
"There will be lots of emotions and celebrations tomorrow.
"Just spare a thought and I would just like to personally thank all those at the club who have lost their jobs this week so we can do ours #respect."
