DENIS Betts has announced the Widnes Vikings squad for Sunday's Betfred Super League fixture against Leeds Rhinos.

The Vikings will be looking to get back to winning ways when Super League's champions come to visit, and extend the club's unbeaten run on home soil against the Rhinos which stems back to 2015.

Leeds Rhinos Head Coach Brian McDermott has brought in five players to the squad that played last Friday in the World Club Challenge.

Ashton Golding comes in for Jack Walker, who is ruled out with a knee injury, whilst Mitch Garbutt and Josh Walters replace Adam Cuthbertson (hand) and Stevie Ward (calf). In addition, Mikolaj Oledzki and Ash Handley are also drafted into the squad.

The Rhinos are also without Brett Ferres (knee), Nathaniel Peteru (bicep), Keith Galloway (Achilles) and Anthony Mullally (finger).
