A WIDNES woman killed in a tragic de-frosting accident has been named.
Andrea Southern, aged 43, of Wickham Close, Upton Rocks, died yesterday, after her car rolled down her driveway, trapping her underneath.
She leaves a husband and two daughters, aged 12 and eight.
Her family is devastated at the loss of a loving wife and mother.
