POLICE officers have named a man from Runcorn who has been charged with stalking a woman in Warrington.
In February 2026, officers received reports of alleged stalking in the Warrington area.
Now, a 51-year-old man has been charged with the offence.
Ross Spencer-Hawkes, of Runcorn, is set to appear before Warrington Magistrates’ Court on July 13.
He will face the charge of stalking without fear, alarm or distress.
