Police alerted after crews put out fire on basketball court in Runcorn
CREWS put out a fire at a basketball court in Runcorn last night, Monday.
Firefighters were called to the incident on Meadway in Halton Brook at around 9pm.
They used a hose reel jet to put out the fire.
Police have been informed as the fire is believed to have been started deliberately.
One fire engine attended.
