BINS were 'deliberately' set alight in a Widnes park.
A fire engine was dispatched from Widnes at around 8.43pm yesterday, Sunday, to the scene on Victoria Park.
On arrival, firefighters found two bins had been set on fire, with the blaze 'believed to have been started deliberately'.
Both fires were put out by the crew and Cheshire Police were asked to attend.
