CRISSY Rock is set to take to the stage at the Brindley Theatre this June with a new standup show.

The 65-year-old actress, comedian and author will perform her show Stand Up To Suicide to spread the word about mental health.

Crissy, who played Janey in ITV’s Benidorm, has also appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here and The Full Monty, Who Bares Wins for Stand Up 2 Cancer.

She will present her stand-up show which is set to make you laugh, as well as pull at your heart, in association with Mental Health Charter, of which she is a patron.

Mental Health Charter is a social movement to help change the way people think and act about mental health challenges.

Crissy will perform at the Runcorn theatre for one night only on Friday, June 7 at 8pm.
