All the fun of the fair will be making its return to Chester next month.

Thrill-seekers can look forward to seeing the return of the traditional 10-day family event, as the annual Pat Collins funfair will feature its usual mix of rides, prize stalls and other attractions.

Funfair operator Pat Collins, one the country’s oldest family travelling fun fairs, opens at the Little Roodee Car Park from Thursday, May 2 to Sunday, May 12.

Elleray Harris, marketing manager for Pat Collins Funfair, said: “It’s always great to start our funfair season in Chester - the birthplace of the company’s founder.

"The fair is Chester’s oldest and biggest, and has lots of great rides this year.

"The ride prices have been kept as low as possible, most are the same as last year, the whole family can have fantastic fun at a price to suit the pocket.”
