A MENTAL health coach will be holding a motivation and wellbeing seminar in Runcorn to raise money for charity.

Adam Brindley, who will be hosting the seminar, is a mental wellbeing coach and personal trainer.

He took to Facebook to announce the seminar, which he will be leading at the Heath Business Park on Sunday, April 7.

The seminar will run from 1pm until 2pm and is completely free – Adam just asks that a £5 donation is paid to MIND, a mental health charity, on the door.

“The reason I have chosen to raise money for Mind is because I know the incredible work they do on a daily basis helping people who are struggling with their mental health,” said Adam.

“If I can provide just a little to their charity to allow them to help even one more person then I know it will be worth it.”

The seminar will cover topics such as physical and mental health, personal growth, and mindset.

Adam has also created a coaching company called Indestructible Men, which is designed to help men overcome struggles and offer support.

His previous struggles with mental health and borderline alcohol addiction have led to him becoming a mental health coach.

“I managed to pull myself out of that place with the support of those around me and through using different forms of therapy, training and coaches,” said Adam.

“My own struggles have allowed me to become a mental health support worker, a coach to men and now a trainee psychotherapist and counsellor.”
