A PENSIONER has been charged by the courts with causing serious injury by careless driving.
Michael Marsh is alleged to have injured a man in a collision in Widnes.
The particulars of the charge allege that the 74-year-old was involved in the incident on July 21 last year.
It is alleged that March, of Croxteth Drive in Liverpool, caused serious injury to a man by driving a Nissan Qashqai on Winfield Way without due care and attention.
He is due to make a first appearance in relation to the charge before Warrington Magistrates’ Court this morning, Monday.
