POLICE have named a man who has been charged with drug dealing following a raid in Runcorn.
At around 8.30am yesterday, Monday, officers from Cheshire Police conducted a raid at an address on Pendennis Court in Castlefields.
While searching the address, officers recovered a quantity of cannabis resin along with four mobile phones and other drugs paraphernalia.
A 22-year-old local man was arrested at the address on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B drugs.
Today, Tuesday, Cheshire Police has confirmed that George Parker, aged 22 and of Pendennis Court, has since been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class B drugs, namely cannabis.
Parker appeared before Chester Magistrates’ Court earlier today, where he was released on conditional bail.
He is next set to appear before Chester Crown Court on Tuesday, March 5.
