A WOMAN has been arrested after a number plate was taken off a police car.
At 6.50am on Saturday, December 2, officers were notified of CCTV footage on Bridge Street in Warrington.
The footage was of a woman throwing a plastic bottle at a parked police car.
The number plate was then taken off the vehicle.
Following enquiries, officers have arrested a 20-year-old woman from Widnes on suspicion of criminal damage.
She remains in custody at this time where she is assisting police with their investigation.
