A CRASH has closed a main road through the county.
The A533 Northwich Road is currently closed between Preston Brook and the A49 Bartlington Crossroads.
Runcorn Police say it is expected to be closed "for some time" following an earlier crash.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
