This two-bedroom terraced house was the most popular property in Runcorn over the last 30 days, according to Zoopla.
The property is located on Brook Terrace, a residential road that is close to shops and amenities.
It comprises a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a WC on the ground floor.
Meanwhile on the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside is a rear yard.
The property, which was vacant at the time of listing, is in need of improvement, estate agents Auction House South Yorkshire said.
The property was listed on Zoopla with a guide price of £15,000 and was for sale by online auction on September 5.
