A SECOND wave of homes has been launched in Daresbury at a development that will eventually include 800 properties.
Featuring 80 new houses, Keckwick Park is the latest phase at Redrow’s Daresbury Garden Village.
It will consist of three and four-bedroom homes.
Among the first properties to go on sale is a semi-detached three-bedroom home with prices starting from £328,995.
And there is also a detached four-bedroom property with prices starting from £428,995.
The development will eventually include 800 properties across 120 acres of land with open spaces, green corridors, and areas for play.
Daresbury Garden Village has been described as a ‘flagship development’ for Redrow in the north west.
