A man from Jamaica has been charged in connection with a historic incident in Runcorn.
Jermaine Scott was charged with grievous bodily harm relating to an incident that took place at an address in Runcorn back in 2009.
The 39-year-old was extradited to the UK from Jamaica on Thursday, November 2 and was arrested upon landing at Gatwick Airport.
Scott has been held in custody and is set to appear before Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Friday, November 4.
