WORK to install a pedestrian bridge on Chester Road is under way.
The bridge will be used to transport thousands of dance music fans into Creamfields Music Festival which is taking place at the end of the month.
It is used to connect the two fields together for pedestrians.
A number of traffic restrictions, including speed restrictions, will also be in place from August 25 for five days.
This year’s line-up includes David Guetta, Tiësto, Fatboy Slim, Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix and Camelphat.
Creamfields will last from Thursday, August 25, to Sunday, August 28.
