YOUTHS are believed to be behind arson incidents in Runcorn which saw bins torched.
Two bins were set alight within 15 minutes on Sandymoor Lane and Otterburn Street between 10.30pm and 10.45pm last night, Sunday.
Firefighters attended to extinguish the flames using a hose reel jet after the incidents were reported.
It is believed that six youths were involved in the incidents and reportedly fled the scene on foot as fire crews arrived.
A spokesman for Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service confirmed that the fires are believed to have been started deliberately.
