NEWLY-released figures have revealed the streets in Runcorn and Widnes with the highest and lowest house prices.
Home sales company Property Solvers tracked average house price sales in the WA7, WA8 and WA88 postcodes over the past five years.
It showed that the most expensive street was Pex Hill in Widnes, with average sales of £588,125.
At the other end of the scale, the least expensive street was Darlington Court in Widnes – which averaged £57,312.
Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: "To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
"In recent years, a property on Halebank Road in Widnes sold for £616,000.
"At the other end of the market, The Knoll and Regent Street in Runcorn and Houghton Street in Widnes had properties that sold for £35,000 and under."
Some of the more expensive areas were Chester Road in Sutton Weaver and Birchfield Road in Widnes.
Among the least expensive were Suffolk Street in Runcorn Old Town and Davenport Row in Halton Lodge, Runcorn.
