This a full list of affected train services and cancelled lines as Storm Malik hits Bradford district.

The Met Office has issued yellow weather warnings for northern England, parts of Scotland and Ireland as Storm Malik tracks eastwards towards Denmark.

The Met Office's yellow alert will last from 4am on Saturday until midday on Monday.

Strong winds from Storm Malik continue to disrupt some train services while a fallen tree blocked Whitehall Road.

Northern said: "Disruption is expected until the end of the day."

Huddersfield and Bradford

Following severe weather between Huddersfield and Bradford Interchange the line has now reopened.

Services running through these stations are returning to normal but some services will still be delayed

Keighley line

Due to severe weather in Keighley, Northern has warned the line is blocked - meaning services running through the station are cancelled.

Storm Malik has caused damage to the overhead wires at Keighley, meaning Northern has closed and custustomers are advised to avoid travel between Leeds to Skipton, Ilkley and Bradford Forster Square in all directions.

Leeds and Doncaster, Leeds and Sheffield via Moorthorpe

Due to severe weather between Fitzwilliam and Leeds, the line is closed.

Customers are advised to avoid travel between Leeds and Doncaster and between Leeds and Sheffield via Moorthorpe in both directions.

Horsforth and Leeds

The line between Horsforth and Leeds is blocked. Services running through these stations will be cancelled or delayed.

Leeds and Wakefield Kirkgate

Due to a tree blocking the railway between Leeds and Wakefield Kirkgate, all lines are blocked.

Leeds and Sheffield via Barnsley, Normanton

Train services between Leeds and Sheffield via Barnsley will be cancelled or revised, Northern said. Normanton will not be served, the trainline said.

Responding to one customer asking about the line between Sheffield and Leeds via Barnsley, Northern said the line is expected to be closed until 6pm due to a tree on the railway.

Northern said: "We are unable to service Normanton at present due to a large tree on the line."

How to use Northern tickets from cancelled or delayed services 

Northern ticket holders can travel on LNER services between Leeds and York, where customers can connect with Northern services between Leeds and York.

Northern has told affected customers: "You will be able to apply for a full refund on any unused ticket."
