This a full list of road closures, delays and disruption as Storm Malik hits Bradford.

The Met Office has issued yellow weather warnings for northern England, parts of Scotland and Ireland as Storm Malik tracks eastwards towards Denmark.

The Met Office's yellow alert will last from 4am on Saturday until midday on Monday.

Strong winds from Storm Malik continue to disrupt some train services while a fallen tree blocked Whitehall Road.

Road closures, delays and disruption in Bradford

M62 west bound J27

West Yorkshire Police has now dealt with reports of debris on the M62 heading west bound past junction 27 for Birstall. There were large pieces of foam on the road due to Storm Malik. 

M62 west bound J25

Motorway debris affected the M62 west bound just past Junction 25 for Brighouse on Saturday morning. A road sign in lane 3 was causing traffic to swerve, police said. Lane 3 was temporarily closed but it has now reopened. Highways England was aware of the incident.

M62 west bound before J22

Reports of a large cannister/drum on the M62 heading west bound before junction 22 for Rishworth were received. West Yorkshire Police described it the exact location as "near the house in middle of motorway". This appears to be fixed.

Ilkley Road/Old Lane

Reports of a fallen tree on Ilkley Road/Old Lane in Bradford. The tree was blocking both lanes. The road appears to have reopened though police urged drivers to be careful if heading in that direction.

Providence Street

Police have received reports of falling items from scaffolding on Providence street in Bradford city centre. The public is advised to be careful in the area.

Whitehall Road and Huddersfield Road

Another fallen tree caused disruption on the junction of Whitehall Road and Huddersfield Road in Wyke - but it has now been cleared. "Do be careful on the roads today," police said.

Train delays

Keighley line

Due to severe weather in Keighley, Northern has warned the line is blocked - meaning services running through the station are cancelled.

Storm Malik has caused damage to the overhead wires at Keighley, meaning Northern has closed and custustomers are advised to avoid travel between Leeds to Skipton, Ilkley and Bradford Forster Square in all directions.

Northern ticket holders can travel on LNER services between Leeds and York where customers can connect with Northern services between Leeds and York.

Leeds and Doncaster, Leeds and Sheffield via Moorthorpe

Due to severe weather between Fitzwilliam and Leeds, the line is closed.

Customers are advised to avoid travel between Leeds and Doncaster and between Leeds and Sheffield via Moorthorpe in both directions.

Northern said: "Disruption is expected until the end of the day."

Horsforth and Leeds

The line between Horsforth and Leeds is blocked. Services running through these stations will be cancelled or delayed.
