A RUNCORN firm raised an impressive £760 by donning Santa suits and trainers.
D&D Recruit took part in the 5k Santa Dash in December to raise money for Halton Haven Hospice to raise money.
This year D&D Recruit will be trying their best to help think of other fund raising ideas for the hospice.
Tina Gill, community fundraiser, said ‘The tenth Santa Dash for Halton Haven Hospice was a huge success and we are so thrilled that the team at local business D&D Recruit took part.
"It is great to hear they enjoyed themselves dashing over the bridge & raised vital funds which were then matched by the company to support vital end of life care to patients and their families in our local community.
"We can’t thank the team enough for their support & look forward to a partnership with D&D Recruit to make a real difference at the Haven.’
Dean Bond, Head of Global Sales at D&D Recruit, added 'Everyone who lives in and around this area knows somebody who has used the services of Halton Haven hospice. These guys are truly angels in disguise for the work they do. This is the least we could do and I am currently planning something big for them in the next three to six months."
