The building has been listed as a 'rare and unique development opportunity' close to the centre of Stockton Heath village.
The brochure listing says: "The church offers more than 3,000 sq ft of floorspace with potential to increase if required.
"The adjoining former caretakers cottage at No26 Chapel Lane is also included in the sale and whole the site could lend itself to a number of potential uses (subject to the necessary consents being obtained)."
There is no chain and there is also parking for two cars.
