A TWENTY-SEVEN-YEAR-OLD man caught with cocaine in his possession has been fined.
Sean McNamara, of Tamworth Street, Newtown, St Helens, was sentenced at Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court.
McNamara indicated a guilty plea to possessing cocaine in St Helens on May 16 this year.
He was also convicted of committing an offence while subject to a 12-month conditional discharge order, which was imposed on January 16 for an offence of assault.
McNamara was fined £250 for the drugs offence, made to pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £34 and £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
He was fined a further £50 for committing an offence during the conditional discharge period, making a total of £419.
