Three men have been arrested in the Windmill Lane area of Runcorn on suspicion of burglary
THREE men have been arrested on suspicion of burglary.
The suspects were detained by police in the Windmill Lane area of Runcorn on suspicion of attempted burglary at a nearby business premises.
Police officers have apologised to local residents who may have been held up in traffic caused by the incident yesterday.
