A DRUNK driver has been arrested for being almost four times over the limit.
The motorist’s vehicle broke down on Watkinson Way in Widnes on Monday.
Cheshire Police Roads and Crime Unit asked him to take a drink drive test.
The driver was disqualified from driving after a roadside breath test gave a measurement of 131.
The motorist was detained in custody overnight and will be interviewed today.
