A MAN was taken to hospital after a car overturned following a crash on the M56 this morning, Tuesday.
Firefighters from Runcorn and Frodsham fire stations rushed to the scene at 1.54am.
The one-vehicle collision occurred on the eastbound carriageway between junction 12 for Runcorn and Sutton Weaver and junction 11 for Daresbury and Preston Brook
When the three dispatched fire engines arrived at the scene, they found the silver Vauxhall to be on its roof.
Three men inside the vehicle were not trapped inside.
One of the men was assessed by paramedics before being taken to hospital by ambulance.
The other two were assessed by firefighters at the roadside.
