- - Christopher Guest More Jnr is currently on trial accused of the murder of Brian Waters.
- - The 43-year-old, from Lymm, is alleged to have been part of a gang who tortured the dad-of-two in front of his own children at Burnt House Farm near Knutsford.
- - Mr Waters was tied up, suspended upside down, beaten with a metal bar and attacked with an industrial staple gun during a horrific three-hour ordeal in 2003.
- - He died as a result of his injuries aged 44.
- - More Jnr, of Burford Lane Farm, was wanted for more than 15 years in connection with his death before being arrested in Malta in 2019.
- - The hearing continues today, Thursday.
