THE number of cases of people catching coronavirus in Halton has fallen to levels not seen since summer.
According to the latest Public Health England figures, 24 people tested positive in the past seven days.
That is down from 30 in same period last week.
It means 18.5 per 100,000 people have the virus.
That is far below the England and north west average.
There are currently 26 patients being cared for in Warrington Hospital, three in intensive care.
