A SUSPECT has been charged after a robbery at a supermarket in Widnes.
The incident occurred at the Aldi store on Derby Road in the town at around 8.30pm on Monday, November 23.
Daniel Flanagan was arrested on nearby Mill Lane in connection with the incident shortly afterwards.
And the 22-year-old, of Rivenmill Way, has since been charged with robbery and possession of cannabis.
He is due to appear before Warrington Magistrates Court via video link today, Wednesday, in order to face these charges.
