PLANS have been drawn up to convert a residential property into a seven-bedroom house of multiple occupancy (HMO).

Applicant Janice Reekie has submitted proposals to St Helens Council seeking permission to convert the property at 159 to 161 West End Road, Haydock.

The plans aim to change the use of the current three-bedroom house into a HMO with seven bedrooms, to provide for a maximum of 10 person occupancy.

The planning application is on standard public consultation until Tuesday, December 8.

A determination deadline on the plans has been set by the council for Fry 8, 2021.
