POLICE have issued an urgent appeal for help to find a man who has been missing from home for more than four days.

Stephen Evans, from Widnes, has not been seen since shortly after 5.30am on Monday, October 12, and officers are ‘growing increasingly concerned for his welfare’.

The 36-year-old is described as being white, 5ft9 and of a medium to large build with a beard.

He was wearing black jeans, black trainers, a black zip-up hoodie and a black gilet when he was last seen and was carrying a black backpack when he was last seen.

Detective sergeant Marc Roberts said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of Stephen and would urge anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts to contact Cheshire Police.

“I’d also urge Stephen to please get in touch.

“Your family are worried about you.”
