A 48-YEAR-old man from Widnes who is banned from entering certain streets in the town as part of his Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) has been recalled to prison.
As part of the order, Sheridan Sheridan was prohibited from:
• Entering Knowles Street in Widnes, unless it is to attend a stipulated address and he has permission of the present occupier to do so.
• Going to the Wetherspoon pub on Albert Road in Widnes.
• Entering Albert Square in Widnes or the pedestrianised part of Albert Road in the town, up to the B5178.
• Going to Cypress Avenue, Lockett Road or Lincoln Square in Widnes.
Sheridan was also ordered not to make excessive noise when in his stipulated address, act in an anti-social manner in any public place in Cheshire, or possess any unsealed container of alcohol in a public place.
The CBO also prohibited him from approaching, following or having any contact with a former partner, other than through solicitors.
