SAINTS have given an update regarding match tickets following yesterday's Government announcements on spectators.

The club is still working hard behind the scenes in dealing with having no matchday income, nor any income from conferencing or hospitality.

But they stressed that they are also aware that the supporters have so far played a massive part in helping keep the club in a position where things can swing back into action once government guidelines allow.

But with scheduled home games now going to be played behind closed doors, Saints are offering refund options.

A club statement read: "Following the Government’s announcement of updated restrictions yesterday (Tuesday, 22 September), if you currently hold individual match tickets for rearranged Saints home fixtures up until the end of October (detailed below) you are now eligible to refund or donate your ticket value, as the fixtures will now be played behind closed doors."

The games are the homes against Wakefield Trinity, Wednesday 14 October, Leeds Rhinos on Friday, 23 October, Wigan Warriors on 29/30 October.

"Your tickets still remain valid if they are for fixtures scheduled after the end of October (based on the rearranged fixture list), however if your tickets were for games that have already been played behind closed doors or removed from the fixture list, in addition to those above, then you can chose to donate that ticket/s back to the club if you can afford to do so.

"This would be an incredible reflection of your already resolute support for our Club and help us to maintain financial stability in this difficult period.

"However, if you are not in a position to do this then please contact the Club on info@saintsrlfc.com with details of your purchased game that has been missed and we will process your request. Refunds will be processed during November," the club said.

The club are still working with minimum resources and so have advised that the process takes longer to process than usual.
