PLANS have been submitted for a bar with an additional upstairs function room.
Proposals have been drawn up for the vacant 25A North Road premises by applicant Charles Chan.
Plans state: "The existing premises is a two storey building which is currently vacant but has an existing planning permission for a ground floor bar with first floor manager's accommodation.
"The proposal is to convert the first floor to a function room as part of the licensed premises, there will be a staff toilet and store room also at first floor level."
Plans are on consultation until Monday, June 22.
