A woman is due to appear in court today after she was arrested at an Asda store for being drunk and disorderly.
At just after 3pm yesterday, a 39 year-old local woman was arrested at Asda in Weymouth on suspicion of breaching her CBO and for being drunk and disorderly.
She has since been charged and remanded in police custody and is due to appear in court today.
A Dorset Police spokesman said: "We received a report at 3.05pm on Monday, June 1 of a woman who was believed to be intoxicated acting in an anti-social manner outside Asda in Newstead Road in Weymouth.
"Officers attended and a 39-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly and breaching a criminal behaviour order, which prohibited her from acting in an anti-social manner.
"She has been charged with both offences and is due to appear at Poole Magistrates’ Court."
