An ambulance station is set to be demolished
A FORMER ambulance station is set to be bulldozed.
A prior notification has been submitted to the council for the demolition of the disused ambulance station on Silverdale Road, Newton-le-Willows.
It says that Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service intends to demolish the station, with July 1 the proposed date.
The application is on consultation until June 12.
