A 19-YEAR-OLD man has been jailed for a total of 17 months after pleading guilty to a burglary in Willaston, Neston.
A motorbike was stolen from a shed in the early hours of Wednesday, February 5.
It was recovered in Prenton, Merseyside, a week later and returned to its owner.
An investigation conducted by the Ellesmere Port Local Policing Unit led to Joseph Farrell, of Cathcart Street, Birkenhead, Merseyside, being charged with the burglary.
Appearing at Liverpool Crown Court on Thursday, May 21, via a video link, he was handed an eight-month prison sentence for the offence.
Farrell also has to serve a further nine months for breaching a suspended prison sentence.
