Fire crews tackled a fire at a commercial property.
At 5:45am, four fire engines from Blackburn and Darwen fire stations were called to a derelict commercial premises on Cavendish Place, Blackburn.
Firefighters used one hose reel, two breathing apparatus, two triple extension ladders and breaking in tools to extinguish the fire.
Crews were in attendance for approximately two hours and fifteen minutes.
