MOTORPOINT Widnes has been awarded for its excellent levels of customer service over the past three years.

The independent car retailer, based on Derby Road in Widnes, has been recognised by a global reviews and customer insights technology company.

Motorpoint has become one of a select number of businesses to be included in the brand new Platinum category for achieving three consecutive years of Feefo Gold Trusted Service status.

To qualify for the award, Motorpoint had to collect at least 50 reviews with a rating of 4.5 or above from customers across England, Scotland and Wales over a 12 month period.

Cat Moseley, HR director at Motorpoint, said: "We’re absolutely delighted to have become one of the first companies in the UK to achieve the new Platinum Service Status from Feefo.

"It is all the more satisfying as this award recognises and rewards the hard work put in by every member of the team at Motorpoint to deliver a truly industry-leading customer experience."

As part of their customer service, Motorpoint will refund the difference to any customer within seven days of their order if they find the same car from a competitor.

As an added bonus, Motorpoint will also give the customer £50 worth of Amazon vouchers to spend.
