A WEEK after Storm Ciara's visit it was Storm Dennis' turn to sweep through Wirral.
It meant a weekend of gales, hail, high tides and heavy rain.
Our readers captured the onslaught with stunning pics.
First up was John Roberts who snapped Storm Dennis crashing into New Brighton promenade in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Peter Lovatt sent us these pictures of Storm Dennis hitting New Brighton on Saturday afternoon.
Peter's pictures coincided with high tide, and people had gone down to take a look.
The following day, his pictures featured walkers braving the storm during walk or running around West Kirby's Marine Lake.
Jan E Peddie caught the waves whipping up near New Brighton (below) ...
Brian Gill watched as the wind whipped through the Black Pearl's sails on New Brighton beach.
.... and Sian Woodhouse-Williams took this fantastic picture of wave building up.
If you took pictures of Storm Dennis we would love to see them.
You can share your favourite images, whether they were taken on an expensive camera or on your phone, from around Wirral in our new Facebook group.
