BURLEY Manor is to launch its 2020 partnership with sustainable food guru Melissa Hemsley with a special lunch.

The event, on Sunday February 2, will provide an opportunity for Burley Manor’s guests and New Forest residents to hear all about Melissa, her love for good sustainable food and the release of her latest cookbook Eat Green.

Guests can grill Melissa in a Q&A session, which will be followed by canapes and a delicious two-course lunch menu inspired by Melissa’s latest recipes for the season.

Alongside recipes, ‘Eat Green’ is packed with Melissa’s great USPs including time saving tricks, efficiency tweaks and seasonal swaps.

There will also be photo opportunities with Melissa.
