Last week I interviewed the lovely gentleman and star of screen and stage Reece Dinsdale and I’ve had some fantastic feedback from that.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let me know how much you enjoyed reading it. I really enjoyed talking to Reece and I’m already working on the next celebrity interview.

As you know I have a community website called ‘All About Trafford’ that is doing tremendously well with over 57,000 visitors so far. As well as listing events, clubs and groups for free, so you can find out what is going on in the area at anytime, I have also added a ‘Trafford Spotlight’ page where I interview an individual or group who do great things in our area and might not otherwise get the recognition they deserve. I hope you will pop across, when you’ve finished reading the Messenger of course, and have a read.

If you would like to nominate someone for the ‘Trafford Spotlight’ or list your club, group or event for free please email me at Devlinbookings@aol.com and visit www.allabouttrafford.co.uk for more details.

Val and I are looking forward to Flixton Festival next weekend and hope to see some of you there. We always enjoy this event. It takes place between noon and 10.30pm at Flixton Cricket and Sports Club on Lawrence Road, M41 8UU.

It will be the club's seventh annual music festival and this year’s family friendly event and there are some big names and rising stars of the northern music scene performing, plus they’re bringing more fun and attractions to keep the whole family entertained all day.

Performers include, Artful Dodger, Phats & Small, Jess Kemp, The Mercy Mile, Sarah Giggle, Hanover, and Reclaim Vienna.

Tickets are prices at £16.58 and can be purchased from www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/flixton-festival-2019-tickets-58789711610

See you next week!
