IN the last 12 months there have been 631 property sales across Runcorn - but what homes are the most popular on the market?
Property website Zoopla has compiled the top ten most viewed properties in Runcorn for the past 30 days - with the most popular being 637 viewed times throughout April.
The average house price in the area is £155,570 while the average value of property comes in at £154,077.
Runcorn's market is slightly down with a 0.62% drop in house value change.
