Two Runcorn men charged following incident in town
TWO men from Runcorn have been charged following an incident in the town.
Ian Wareing and Liam Wareing were arrested in Poplar Close, where they both live, at around 11.15am on Wednesday.
They were arrested in connect with a disturbance on Grangeway that occurred around half-an-hour earlier.
A 26-year-old man from Runcorn is believed to have sustained minor injuries during the incident.
Ian Wareing, 52, and Liam Wareing, 23, have both subsequently been charged with a public order offence.
Ian Wareing has also been charged with dangerous driving.
The pair have been released on conditional bail and are set to appear at Warrington Magistrates' Court on Friday 5 July.
