COULD your pet be the new mascot for Halton Haven Hospice?
The Haven is on the lookout for a new mascot for 2019/2020 – a dog to represent it at its own special occasions and other fundraising events organised on its behalf.
The chosen canine will look smart in a Halton Haven scarf whenever he or she attends an occasion as the hospice’s representative, and its visits will be promoted through a dedicated social media page and the Haven’s own Instagram, Facebook and Twitter channels.
To enter, just email a great picture of your precious pooch and donate £5 to Halton Haven and send a verification of payment to Halton Haven chief executive Viv Culleton (viv.culleton@haltonhaven.org.uk) who will choose a shortlist of six dogs from which the winner will be selected at the hospice’s Tea at Three event on Sunday, August 11.
