A digital content company has announced a merger with a Stockholm-based business.

Content Online, based at the Warwick Mill Business Village, in Warwick Bridge, is merging with Wize Nordic.

Content Online specialises in selling online scientific, engineering, technical and scholarly journals, eBooks and other digital content for use by a wide range of publishers and professional bodies.

Wize Nordic is a business development and sales service company representing international publishers with online products for the library, academic, government, and corporate sectors.

Wize Nordic will change its name to Content Online and the new organisation will have its main offices in Cumbria and Sweden.
